1. General Information and Scope of Agreement

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

6.2 Other Promotions

6.3 Bonus Abuse

• Betting using software bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.

• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Consequences of Account Closure

• The balance of an account closed due to a violation of these Terms may be forfeited.
• Verified legitimate balances are generally returned, but only after an investigation is completed.
• Requests to reactivate a closed account may be submitted to oz win support.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Any user may voluntarily close their account. In that case, they should contact support to receive their verified balance. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.
